Dr. Kraft performed my earlobe reconstruction and the entire experience has been amazing. Everyone from the receptionists to nurses to Dr. Kraft himself are very respectful and welcoming. I was self pay and found the price to be extremely reasonable. I still have one more appointment with him to repierce my ear but the results already show. My earlobes look as they did before ripping. I cannot recommend him enough.

The office staff and doctor are very friendly. I love the fact that when you make an appointment you don’t have to wait forever to see the doctor. Dr Kraft explains everything clearly and is very patient & kind. He doesn’t rush you in and out but takes time to answe your questions.
